Football letdown

While twins Cam and Elliott Lindholm, in their football onesies, dreamed of double reverses and a quarterback throwing a pigskin through the air, their parents, Rhonda and Matt Lindholm, had their Super Bowl party in the living-room zone. Eighteen friends came to root for Peyton Manning on the Denver team. George and Laura Dethlefsen, Anthony and Anastasia Amoroso, and Clark and Lauren Edlund didn’t like the score but enjoyed the fajitas, Dos Equis and the mini flans. There were two football-betting pots, in which Matt scored three times. The other lucky winners were Anthony Amoroso, 2-year-old Sloane Holland, Ronnie Kristynik and Seth Angel.
