Scouts earned it

Charles and David Deltz (pictured, at far left and right), twins of Troy and Niki Deltz, and Dylan Terrell (center), son of Drake and Joan Terrell, earned the rank of Eagle Scout. The members of Troop 730 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church received their Eagle Scout awards on Oct. 1 in a Court of Honor ceremony. Charles and David are sophomores at the Energy Institute High School, and Dylan is a sophomore at Carnegie Vanguard High School. Charles and his team built and connected two ADA-accessible trails at the Nature Discovery Center in Bellaire. David and his team removed non-native plants and planted native species at the Nature Discovery Center in Bellaire. Dylan and his team harvested, relocated and planted marsh grass to help with erosion in Trinity Bay.
