Stocking Stuffer Ideas for All Ages
By this time, most of you have already picked out the big holiday gifts to give to family. Now, you may still be looking for some small gifts to stuff stockings or to give friends and co-workers. Here are some creative ideas:
A fun 2017 planner
Everyone needs an agenda, so start off the new year right by getting a cute one for you or a loved one! A little pocket planner will be perfect for a stocking.
This is timeless. Buy a Netflix subscription, then print out the receipt and place the paper in the stocking! It’s a small but useful gift that your family members will be surprised to see in their stockings.
Hamilton is everyone’s new favorite musical. Order the CD online and your family will be entertained for weeks. Bonus points if you memorize all the song lyrics by New Years.
Portable phone charger
Everyone needs a portable phone charger, and these are easy to get. You can buy them online or at most tech stores.
This might just be a tradition in my family, but everyone seems to get socks in our stockings. Holiday-themed-socks are fun and soft and perfect to wear with pajamas all day over the winter break.
Prepare for dreary January weather with a fun beanie, in either a classic style and color or a fun print, depending on who you’re giving it to.
A few years ago, I was given an instant polaroid camera for Christmas. I love it and try to use it as much as possible. Every Christmas since then, I’ve received extra film for the camera in my stocking to take more pictures. Keep this in mind if someone you know already has a camera (they’re probably in need of more film, trust me) or if you want to go in with someone else to buy the camera and the film.
Pokemon Sun and Moon Videogame
This was recommended to me by multiple guy friends as the “it” game. If you know someone who is really into gaming, this is probably already on their wish list.
