$10K for the Fire Truck Park Fund

Heavy rain didn't stop friends and neighbors from coming out to the fifth annual Southside Place Winter Wonderland Carnival, co-chaired by Melissa Byers and Alyson Haas (pictured, from left). Families enjoyed food, games, inflatables, bull riding, face painting, balloon animals, shopping, a silent auction and photos with Santa. The carnival raised over $10,000 for the Southside Fire Truck Park Fund, which will go toward improvements to Fire Truck Park and the surrounding grounds.
