Happily ever after

Robyn Uzick, a graduate of Bellaire High School, and Zachary Hoffer, a graduate of The Kinkaid School, married Jan. 7 at Hotel ZaZa. Emily Robinson Asmus – a mutual friend who originally introduced the bride and groom – was Robyn’s matron of honor, and the maid of honor was Katherine Cage. Bridesmaids were Samantha Hoffer, sister of the groom, Sophia Macris Baine, Laura Barnes, Emily New, Mary Rosenstein and Miriam Smith Spradling. Alex Hoffer and Max Hoffer were best men for their brother. Groomsmen were Jonathan Uzick and Robert Uzick, brothers of the bride, Ford Beckham, Sam Freedman, Faryan Jalalabadi, Arash Roozbeh, John Spradling and Robbie Zimmerman. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing with entertainment by Simply Irresistible. During the couple’s first dance, an artist captured the moment live, creating a wedding portrait for the bride and groom. Robyn and Zac honeymooned in New Zealand.
