Robyn Goldstein, Emma Goldstein

Robyn Goldstein, pictured here with her daughter Emma, designed these creative yard signs thanking frontline workers.

To thank those who risk their lives during the coronavirus pandemic, Robyn Goldstein created a yard sign recognizing frontline workers. The lawyer and mother of two used an illustration app on her iPad to draw characters representing frontline workers including a mailman, a doctor, a police officer and a nurse. As soon as Robyn shared the image on her social media, messages began flooding in from friends wanting to purchase the yard sign. Within days, Robyn and her husband Brian set up a website where people could order the signs. As of press time, Robyn (pictured here with daughter Emma) said orders for more than 1,000 signs across 27 states and Washington D.C. had come in. All proceeds go to Brighter Bites, a nonprofit that helps get healthy food to families in need. See yardpeeps.com and read "The Yard Sign that Went Viral" by Pooja Salhotra for more details and photos.
