Focusing on You: Women’s Health & Wellness at Every Age

Chaired by Kelli Blanton and honorary chair Phoebe Tudor, Focusing on You: Women’s Health & Wellness at Every Age will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2017, at Houston Methodist Hospital. This Houston Methodist women’s symposium will kick off with keynote speaker Connie Watt - vice president of the Justin J. Watt Foundation and mother of JJ Watt, defensive end for the Houston Texans; Derek Watt, fullback for the San Diego Chargers; and TJ Watt, outside linebacker for the Wisconsin Badgers.

Following her remarks, attendees will participate in breakout sessions tailored by age group. The topics range from heart and brain health to hormones and nutrition/fitness to plastic surgery and intimacy. The event will conclude with a luncheon in the hospital’s beautiful Crain Garden lobby.
