French Cultures Festival

The 5th Annual French Cultures Festival will be the kick-off concert for the Francophonie celebrations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, coordinated by the Cultural Service of the French Embassy in Houston. Three bands of different genres from France, Austin and Quebec will be featured at the concert.
