Teen and Family Services' Fourth Annual Spring Luncheon
The fourth annual Teen and Family Services Spring Luncheon, celebrating 15 years in the Houston community, will take place Fri., March 24, 11:30 a.m. at the Junior League of Houston. The event will honor founders Jim Agnich, Jim Jackson, Steve McAllister, Gigi Myung, Matthew Russell and George Youngblood. Matthew is the Senior Associate Pastor at Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church and Founder of Collegiate Recovery Communities in North America and Mercy Street, a spiritual community in Houston for recovering addicts and spiritual refugees.
The featured speaker is Mathew Russell, Ph.D., who will address the topic of Community as a Change Agent.
The luncheon committee includes: Linda Knox, Anne Roland, Tammy Smith, Patia Strickland and Lola Terni.
Teen and Family Services' mission is to be a community for families to grow, and heal from the devastating effects of teen substance abuse and other high-risk behaviors.
