Candy Berries

Karina Arnold created a low-cal sweet treat, perfect for Halloween. She made Candy Berries and mixed in popcorn and dark chocolate almonds. (Photo: Karina Arnold) 

Ingredients: 

1 carton of strawberries
Optional: Mixed nuts of choice
Optional: popcorn 

Recipe directions: 

Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Wash and cut strawberries into two halves. Lay on pan lined with parchment paper with the white inside of the berry facing up. Be sure to space them out so air can flow through. Let them dry in oven for 4 hours, flipping half-way through. Let cool, then enjoy!
