Karina Arnold experimented with the leftover coconut milk from the Peppermint Hot Chocolate recipe to create this latte. Add instant coffee or tea to the milk for more caffeine or flavor options.
1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Maple or Agave Syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until warm.
