Ingredients:

Marinade:
1¾ teaspoons curry powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Skewers:
1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into ½-inch cubes
1 bunch seedless red grapes
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
4-inch wooden skewers, soaked in water

Recipe directions:

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the pork pieces to the marinade and mix to coat. Cover and chill a minimum of 1 hour or up to overnight. On each skewer, place two pieces of pork and two grapes, alternating the ingredients. Cook over a hot grill or in a grill pan over medium-high heat until the pork is cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 10 to 12 skewers.
