Nut Butter Dip

Nut Butter Dip

Nut Butter Dip. (Photo: Karina Arnold)

Karina Arnold's favorite snack is peanut butter with anything; however, the serving size of most nut butters is 1-2 Tbsp., which is not enough for Karina. Confronted with this issue, she made a nut butter spread with the same amount of calories but higher in protein and more to spread.

Ingredients:

½ cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. nut butter
2 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter (Karina recommends the PB2 brand)
½ Tbsp. cinnamon
(Optional) Pumpkin spice, graham cracker crumbs
Fruit or graham crackers to dip

Recipe directions:

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Be sure to blend peanut-butter powder well. Season with extra cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top and chill for 2-3 hours, then serve. Refrigerate leftovers. This dip is okay to eat until yogurt expires.
