Harry and Tracy Faulkner yap it up at Cindi Rose's birthday pet party that benefited CAPS.

For her birthday this year, in lieu of gifts, Cindi Rose treated party guests and party pets to a "pawsome" party and asked that donations be made to benefit Citizens for Animal Protection. She was accompanied by her King Charles spaniels Shayna and Sila in Lucy’s Porch at Ouisie’s Table, where a beautiful layered cake was the centerpiece and background. Her hubby, Dr. Franklin Rose, and friend, Lily Paxson, welcomed 100-plus attendees. Raffle tickets to win a car were sold like crazy to provide aid to homeless pets. Tracy and Harry Faulkner, with border collies Boudreaux and Sydney, admired all of the 20-plus dogs who enjoyed the Bears Garden off the porch.
