Interfaith Book Club Holiday Party

Attendees at the Interfaith Book Club Holiday Party held at Jila Tavakoli's home enjoyed international holiday foods such as tamales, Iranian rice, potato latkes, Mediterranean rice pudding and soup, roasted chicken and more. They discussed how different faiths celebrate the holidays, including how a Festival of Lights of some kind is celebrated by at least 32 faiths. Guests included Sharon Brier, Debbie Blanchard, Jila Tavakoli, Judy Myers, Helen Rose Ebaugh, Dolly Brenneman, Laura Branam, Susan Tabbas, Anna Guerra, Phyllis Gingiss, Anne Gill, Tuba Alpat, Muna Murad, Fatma Ogzel and Nuzha Dajani.
