The Nutcracker

The City Ballet of Houston will perform The Nutcracker at The Grand 1894 Opera House in Galveston Dec. 14 at 2 and 6:30 p.m. and Dec. 15 at 2 p.m. The ballet is under the artistic direction of Luis Fuente and Mary Beth Arrington. It has put on the holiday classic for over 40 years. The production was choreographed by Frederic Franklin. Twenty of the elite youth dancers this year are Memorial-area students.
