This special event brings together three remarkable practitioners who are leading voices in integrative and functional medicine.

Together, they explore how blending traditional and holistic approaches can support women through complex life transitions such as menopause, while addressing interconnected aspects of midlife health, including hormones, fitness, stress, diet, and emotional well-being.
