Okay to Say, The Hackett Center for Mental Health, and the Health Museum Houston Team Up to Present a Screening of 'Angst'

Angst

Anxiety is a growing mental health issue among America’s youth, showing no signs of abating. That’s why Okay to Say and The Hackett Center for Mental Health have teamed up with the Health Museum Houston to present a free screening of "Angst," an engaging documentary that explores adolescent anxiety, on May 30. This compelling one-hour film, which includes commentary by Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps, brings new attention to the issue and helps viewers identify symptoms and deepen their understanding. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion of mental health experts, parents and teens. Admission is free but RSVP is required.

Angst panel discussion to feature film co-producer Karin Gornick and Marcellina Melvin, Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute.

RSVP for Angst at the Houston Health Museum online here.
