Run in the Park

Runners can choose to attend the in-person race, or run from the comfort of your own home virtually! Taking place on October 9, 2021, participants will be able to run – or walk – to support the conservation efforts of the Conservancy. All proceeds from Run in the Park go towards the crucial work needed to maintain Hermann Park, which is an essential outdoor space for the community.

With 5K and 10K routes, as well as a 1K kids’ route for the in-person event, exercise enthusiasts of all ages and abilities can come to explore the Park and enjoy the shaded trails enjoyed by millions of visitors per year. The event starts and ends at the Molly Ann Smith Plaza, near the Jones Reflection Pool, and includes a post-run party with food, drinks, music, and more! 

Want to Run at Home? Just like last year's Run in the Park, the Conservancy is also offering an at-home, virtual option! Taking place from Sunday, October 3 through Saturday, October 9, you can support Hermann Park at your own pace, from the comfort of your own neighborhood! Virtual registrants will still get the exclusive Run in the Park t-shirt and access to an online leaderboard.
