Team Up for Kids and K9s

Three World Series Champion Houston Astros superstars – 2017 AL MVP José Altuve, 2015 Cy Young Award winner Dallas Keuchel, and 2017 American League All- Star Lance McCullers Jr. – will bring their philanthropic passions together on Thursday, May

17 for the second annual Team Up for Kids and K9s at Tootsies. The event will help raise money for causes that the three players support – highlighted by the Lance McCullers Jr. Foundation and its efforts to promote pet adoptions and fight animal cruelty.

The inaugural Team Up for Kids and K9s – held last year at the same iconic Houston retail outpost at West Ave – raised over $100,000 in support of Lance’s dog rescue efforts as well as local children’s charities, including Sunshine Kids.

Sponsorship levels include Presenting Sponsor ($50,000), VIP Reception ($25,000), Hall of Fame ($15,000), All-Star ($10,000), and Champion ($5,000).

The second annual event at Tootsies will include special guests throughout the evening, sweet and savory bites, cocktails, and both live and silent auctions featuring original artwork and experiences.
