The Truffle Masters 2019

On Mon., Jan. 28, 25 esteemed Houston chefs will present their culinary creations in front of a panel of prominent food figures in the restaurant industry to earn the top title of “Truffle Master”. This annual event, presented by Houston-based luxury food importer, DR Delicacy, will challenge chefs to test their skills with French black truffles, creating a unique foodie affair all in one spectacular showcase. For its fifth year running, ticket sales to this years’ Truffle Masters will benefit Second Servings of Houston, a non-profit working to fight hunger and end food waste. The Revaire will serve as the premiere destination for this celebration of culinary delicacies.

These talented and seasoned chefs include Michael Semancik of Emmaline, Thomas Laczynski of Fig & Olive, Jose Hernandez of Hotel Alessandra, Dominick Lee of Poitin and many other forerunners of favorite Houston establishments. The topnotch talent will be evaluated by key players in the food realm and prominent Houston food media including Megha Tejpal of The Food Network and founder of Houston Restaurant Weeks, Cleverley Stone.
