Wild, Wild West

Just in time for the start of Houston’s rodeo season, the Houston Symphony invites families with children and babies of all ages to a Western-inspired program Wild, Wild West. The show will feature students from the Theatre Under the Stars’ (TUTS) Humphreys School of Musical Theatre and from TUTS’ The River Performing and Visual Arts Center. Associate Conductor Robert Franz will lead this wild, Western adventure, filled with musical classics invoking America’s Wild West, like Aaron Copland’s “Hoedown,” Rossini’s William Tell Overture and fun favorites from Toy Story 2, Oklahoma! and more.
