Winter Wine Pairings Dinner at il Bracco
Enjoy an intimate five-course wine-pairing dinner at il Bracco featuring the iconic wines of Ornellaia, a globally recognized Italian producer known for its maritime influence, meticulous craftsmanship and elegant, food-friendly character.
The evening pairs a multi-course menu inspired by coastal flavors, orchard-grown produce and bright seasonal citrus with thoughtfully selected wines. The menu begins with a Sicilian crudo featuring big eye tuna, Patagonia salmon and jumbo scallops, paired with a refreshing limoncello spritz, followed by a burrata salad with Ruby Red grapefruit, California oranges, pickled beets and pistachio paired with a crisp white wine from the Tuscan coastal region of Bolgheri.
Additional courses include crab cappelletti with saffron butter and oven-dried Campari tomatoes, wild-caught Pacific swordfish served over fra diavolo sauce with braised leeks paired with a smooth, medium-bodied red wine, and a finale of cheesecake with a house-made biscotti crust and orange marmalade paired with Ornellaia’s flagship red wine.
