Aunt Laura’s Arugula Salad

Ingredients: 

Salad:

Arugula (a bunch of arugula, depending on how many people you want to feed)
Prosciutto (amount depending on taste. Rolled up and cut into ½-inch pieces)
Parmesan (handful, shaved)
Toasted, chopped walnuts (optional)

Balsamic Vinaigrette:

⅛ cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
​⅓ cup olive oil

Recipe directions: 

Mix ingredients for vinaigrette and then toss into salad.
