
Baked Artichoke Brie Spread
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
1½ teaspoons minced fresh oregano
½ teaspoon coarse salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
9 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
Crackers or sliced baguette
Recipe directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil a 1-quart ovenproof serving dish. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Fold in the artichokes and Brie. Place the mixture in the prepared dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with the crackers or sliced fresh bread.
