Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients: 

1 yellow cake mix (preferably Duncan Hines)
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of oil
1 baker’s German chocolate bar, grated (found on the baking aisle)
3 oz. of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Recipe directions: 

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with electric mixer. Pour in a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.

After cooling, turn upside down and sprinkle with powdered sugar. For a variation, melt a can of “ready to spread” chocolate frosting in microwave and drizzle over the top.
