
Chocolate Hazelnut Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts
6 cups water
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. honey
1 pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Recipe directions:
Soak hazelnuts in 2 cups of water overnight. The next morning, drain the water. Pinch a hazelnut to make sure it has a spongey, springy texture. Place nuts in blender, then add vanilla extract, honey, salt, cocoa powder and four cups of water. Blend thoroughly, then strain through a cheese cloth, coffee filter or paper towel. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Then enjoy!
