
Cranberry Tarragon Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dried cranberries
¾ cup chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon fresh tarragon
1 Tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Recipe directions:
Combine the ingredients and mix well; season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
