Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
½ avocado
1 clove of garlic
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup low-fat sour cream
½ lime juiced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe directions:
Add all of your ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until creamy. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then pour onto your favorite salad.
