
Crunchy Avocado Toast with Radishes and Flaky Salt
Ingredients:
2 slices Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Bread (find it in your grocer’s freezer, and store it in yours), toasted
½ avocado, barely mashed with the back of a fork
Squeeze of lemon
Flaky salt
Red pepper flakes
1 radish, thinly sliced
Recipe directions:
Spread the mashed avocado on the two bread slices. Squeeze a little bit of lemon over, then sprinkle evenly with a little flaky salt and red pepper flakes. Arrange the radish slices on top, and add another little sprinkle of salt and red pepper.
