
Fall Mediterranean Cheese Plate
Ingredients:
Feta cheese or sliced white cheddar
Mixed, roasted nuts, lightly salted or plain
Pita chips
Olives
Sliced pears
Hummus
Balsamic and crushed garlic to garnish
Toothpicks
Recipe directions:
Wash and slice pears. Crumble feta or sliced white cheese on each pear slice. Drizzle balsamic and spear with an olive on a toothpick. Place on a platter with a bowl of hummus, chips and nuts. Enjoy!
