
Green Bean Crunchies
Ingredients:
5 cups trimmed green beans
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Recipe directions:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Evenly coat green beans with olive oil and spread on parchment-lined or non-stick baking sheet. Dry beans in oven for 8 hours or until they are crunchy.
Turn off oven and allow to cool completely before storing in airtight container.
