Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients: 

Portobello mushrooms (cleaned and sliced in large chunks)
Yellow sweet onion (skin removed and sliced into large chunks)
Cherry tomatoes (leave whole)
Zucchini (sliced thick)
Yellow squash (sliced thick)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
​Fresh thyme

Recipe directions: 

Toss all in a bowl. Grill in grill basket on outdoor grill, medium high heat, covered until veggies are tender, about 20 minutes. Can serve with rice, quinoa or salad.
