
Mixed Greens Salad
Honey Mustard Dressing
Chicken or shrimp, chopped (optional)
Avocado, choppedTomatoes
Bacon (optional)
Toasted pumpkin seeds
Mixed greens, chopped
Honey Mustard Dressing
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon coarse grain mustard
2 Tablespoons honey
1-2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon powdered ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Honey Mustard Dressing
Whisk all ingredients together. Adjust to taste. Paleo, gluten-free and dairy-free.
Toss all ingredients together, or layer in a mason jar. If layering, add ingredients to the jar in the following order: dressing (on bottom), protein, avocado, tomatoes, bacon, pumpkin seeds, greens. Be sure to stuff the jar tightly, so there’s no room for the ingredients to get jumbled. Gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo.
