
Olive Hummus
Ingredients:
15 oz. (a little under 2 cups) olives, plus more for garnish
1 15oz. can of chickpeas, drained
2-3 Tbsp. tahini
3 Tbsp. olive oil, plus more for garnish
½ cup water
Pinch of salt
1-2 garlic cloves or garlic powder
Recipe directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. Garnish with extra olives and drizzle oil. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
