Protein Parfait

Ingredients: 

1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 to 4 teaspoons raw sugar or honey
4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 cup blueberries and raspberries
Zest of 1 lemon

Recipe directions: 

Blend the yogurt, cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar or honey in a blender until smooth. Taste, adding more sugar or honey if you like.

Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins and top with the graham cracker crumbs, berries, and lemon zest.
