Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients: 

Crust:
1 package Yellow Cake Mix (reserve 1 cup)
1 egg, beaten
½ cup butter, melted

Filling:
1 1-pound can pumpkin
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Topping:
1 cup cake mix (reserved from crust)
½ cup sugar
¾ cup butter, softened

Recipe directions: 

Mix crust ingredients together and pat dough into a 9” by 13” cake pan. Mix filling ingredients and pour over dough. Blend topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
