
Roasted Red Pepper and Three Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
8 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
¾ cup mayonnaise
14 ounces roasted red bell peppers, drained
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 fresh jalapeño, seeded and chopped
Recipe directions:
Combine the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse for 1 minute until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Transfer to a container with a lid and chill until ready to serve. Makes 1 quart.
