Shannon’s Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients: 

1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups oatmeal
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
1½ teaspoons cinnamon
Raisins to taste (nuts optional)

Recipe directions: 

Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch glass baking dish. Will smooth out when poured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Serves 8.
