Spanikopita

Ingredients: 

2 10-ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed out
½ pound feta cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
½ cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons dill
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
2 Pillsbury pie crusts

Recipe directions: 

Mix all ingredients, except pie crusts. Put 2 pie crusts together and roll them to fit a 9- by-13 pyrex. Pour a little oil in the pyrex, then the pie crust, the spinach mixture and the remaining pie crust. Brush a little olive oil on top of the pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or more (until brown).
