
Vibrant Veggie Snack Plate
Ingredients:
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Carrot and celery slices
Baby tomatoes
Plain hummus mixed with minced garlic cloves, lemon juice and sesame seeds
Recipe directions:
Wash and slice vegetables from market. Steam, bake or grill as desired. Add a favorite dip, chip and/or cracker and snack away!
Karina used sliced cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread into strips and toasted. You could also use pretzels.
