Twenty-eight couples boarded a bus at Rummel Creek Elementary to giddyup together to the Texas-themed Legacies of the Spring Branch Gala at the Hyatt Downtown. The benefit for the Spring Branch Education Foundation warmed up with the Stratford High Orchestra and ended with the hot Cory Morrow Band. Head cowgirl and cowboy Katherine and Lane Dawson lassoed in 500 partiers. Gals in their turquoise accessories and boots and guys in Texas tuxes were Susan and Daniel Marks, Heather and Brian Sheffield, Sara and Michael Morrow, Jamie Culpepper and Jon, Staci and Taylor Johnson, Didem and Huseyin Finci, Cheryl and Kevin Ormston, and Lauren and Clay Fostel.
