After James Yardley popped the question last summer on a family vacation, he and Emily Duff married on Feb. 12 at St. Michael Catholic Church. It was an all-white affair with bridesmaids also dressed in white dresses, a white cake and white roses and hydrangeas. The groom’s cake sported a gold Vanderbilt logo. Partiers were greeted by the The Harbor Light choir as they entered the reception at The Junior League of Houston. As they danced the night away, super-sized sunglasses were given to the guests to symbolize that the proposal started on the beach at Key West and that now sunny days would continue on their honeymoon to St. Thomas and St. John.
