Challenger Baseball

Challenger Baseball, a baseball program for children with disabilities, is celebrating its 10th season. It’s been a grand slam for the program ever since the first pitch by former First Lady Barbara Bush in 2005. There have been games on the White House South Lawn, Williamsport Little League World Series, Texas State All Star Tournaments and Waco Jamborees. With nearly 150 players and hundreds of student buddies helping out the players each season, Challenger has meant inclusion and friendship, where the score is always a tie, everyone plays, everyone scores, and everyone wins.
