Rocket, age 4

Hi! My name is Rocket Swaim, and I’m a Golden Retriever. Despite what you may think, I am a girl doggie. Can’t you see my pink collar? My family calls me Rockie for short. My most favorite things to do, in order, are swim in the pool (occasionally I’ll hang out in the hot tub), eat frozen banana Kongs, play fetch and walk my humans around Memorial Park. Sometimes they can’t keep up. I love my plush toys: Sheep, Chicken, George and my most favorite, Baby. Sometimes I love Baby too much, so Mom keeps extras just in case. If you come over you will see me with one, two or even three of my toys in my mouth. I’m not trying to show off; I keep them close in case you want to play fetch or have a tug of war. I also like to cuddle my toys before bed, just like my family.
