The City of West University Place Star Citizen Award program recognizes volunteers who help out a lot in the community. City Council honored the 2014 Park Lovers’ Ball chairs, Megan and Drew Morris, Nancy Kate and Mark Prescott and Kara and Dax Sanders, as well as Steven Murray of Direct Energy. The luncheon was hosted by the Allusion apartment complex.
