Paige Weinstein and Linda Schweitzer had a girls’ night out in Las Vegas. They were lucky to get reservations at Food Network star’s Giada De Laurentiis’ new (and only) restaurant located at the top of The Cromwell boutique hotel and open only a week at the time. Paige and Linda got a photo with Giada and autographed cookbooks. They loved the open kitchen, where they watched the chef prepare fresh pasta and bread, and an antipasto station where platters are created. The tables by the expansive windows overlooked the strip, with a view of the Bellagio fountains show and Caesars Palace.
