Little League International is celebrating its 75th anniversary. The milestone was recognized at an Astros game, with the first pitch thrown out by West University Little League player William Hoffman (pictured, middle, with Stephen Keener, at left, and Hugh Tanner). Friends and family watched with excitement at Minute Maid Park. Little League was formed in 1939 and is the world’s largest youth-sports organization.
