Although Sheila and Louis Train had updated the master bath in their Hunters Creek home a few years ago, when a builder offered them a price, they said goodbye to their home and pool and moved into an apartment until the right patio home came available. They now live in a gated community near the Med Center. Sheila loves her new expansive bath and closet, by the way, and the elevator is handy for the rooftop terrace. She is busy creating a pergola to use this month.
