I answer to Lulu, Chunky Choco, D-O-G or Lil, but my real name is Lilly. Call me, and I’ll come bounding, causing a look of sheer terror or amusement to the caller. If you know me, you trust that I’ll stop, all 97 pounds of me just in front of you, to perform a puppy pounce, jumping up and down in pure joy. I love company, both four-legged and two-legged kinds. On walks, I play with my doggie friends stuck behind their invisible fence before moseying down the street. With my family’s friends, I patiently pull toys out of my toy box until there is a pile at their feet. Sooner or later, they find one they like and play with me. Left alone, I make friends with the stuffing in pillows or buckles on shoes. Gotta go; my rawhide is finally well-seasoned after being buried for the last month. Yum.
